RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your shopping experience and product you order. However, if there are any issues with your order, you may contact us for a return or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at boldandwonderful@outlook.com to obtain an Return Process Form link.
After receiving the link to the "return form" and completing the process, place the item securely in its original packaging follow the instructions from the email sent to you upon completion of the form.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
*if cost of return are too high we may just issue a refund outright.
(only if requirements are met and reasons are valid)
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please keep in mind, you will be refunded only the amount for the item paid and not shipping fees paid due to our cost of paying the return label if we pay return shipping label.
